2. Eligibility and account registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use paid games in the place where you are located.
• You must provide an accurate country and a phone number you control. One person may not use another person’s identity, phone number or payment method without permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure and for activity on your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Mobile-money collection and prize disbursement are currently available only for eligible Zambian numbers. Card availability may depend on country and provider support.

3. Games, chances and paid plays

• Gameplay101 provides single-player games of chance and skill-style interactions. The applicable cost, rules, available outcomes and chances are shown before a paid round begins.
• For paid stake games, you choose an amount from K1 up to the displayed limit and enter the selected game round.
• Block size, funded prize count and the portion of block stakes allocated to prizes are controlled through the platform’s authorised administrative configuration. Each block contains plays for the same game and stake amount.
• The selected stake is deducted when each play is submitted, and that play’s result is settled immediately. The current rule shown before play states whether an exact selected-outcome/result match is required to claim a funded prize.
• Each completed block funds the configured number and total value of prizes. The authorised configuration determines whether an unclaimed prize carries forward in the same game and stake level or expires with its funding block.
• A player may play repeatedly while funds are available. A new funding block starts automatically after the configured number of plays, without making any player wait for later entries.
• Practice credits and practice results are for demonstration only. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged.
• We may pause a game where maintenance, security, incorrect configuration or technical failure could affect fair operation. A failed or incomplete paid round will be handled using the recorded transaction state.

4. Deposits, cards, mobile money and fees

• All amounts are displayed in Zambian kwacha (ZMW) unless the page clearly states otherwise.
• The exact amount charged, platform or processing fee, and amount credited are shown before the payment request is sent. Sending the request authorizes the displayed payment.
• Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are not entered into Gameplay101. Mobile-money payments require approval on the payer’s phone.
• Your balance is credited only after the payment provider confirms a successful collection. Pending, failed, cancelled or reversed collections do not create spendable balance.
• Provider or network delays can occur. Do not submit the same payment again while an earlier request is pending; use the status check first.

5. Balances, prizes and withdrawals

• Successful deposits, eligible game winnings and invite bonuses are added to one wallet balance. Paid-play entitlements remain separate because they represent access to a game rather than money.
• The prize-funding and exact-match rule is disclosed before entry and every result is immediate. The configured withdrawal fee is deducted from the amount selected by the user, and the net amount is shown before confirmation. Mobile-money and bank-transfer fees may differ.
• Approved withdrawals are sent through the configured payment provider’s disbursement API and remain pending until the provider confirms success or failure.
• Prize and wallet-balance withdrawals are available only through supported methods. Zambian wallet withdrawals use an eligible mobile-money number. Eligible non-Zambian wallet withdrawals use the beneficiary bank details required by the payment provider, including the account number and SWIFT code.
• A withdrawal is taken from the available wallet balance after pending stakes, purchases and withdrawals have been accounted for.
• We may hold or reject a payout while investigating fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, identity concerns, provider errors or breach of these terms.

7. Invite and affiliate bonuses

• Registered players may receive a personal invite link. The inviter becomes eligible for the published bonus only after the invited player registers through that link and completes a successful deposit at or above the minimum amount published on the invite section.
• The invite reward, minimum qualifying deposit and availability are controlled by authorised administrators and may change for future invitations. The values recorded when an invitation is accepted apply to that invitation, and a completed reward already recorded in the wallet is not reduced by a later configuration change.
• Each new account can create no more than one invite reward. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated registrations, false identities and other attempts to obtain improper bonuses are prohibited and may be reversed or suspended where legally permitted.

8. Responsible play

Paid play should be entertainment, not a way to earn income. Set a budget before you begin, take regular breaks, never borrow to play, and do not use money needed for food, housing, education, health or other essentials. Stop playing and seek help if play is causing stress, secrecy, debt or conflict.
